The present General Terms of Use (GTU) provide a legal framework for the use of the services of the site published by the ACFI Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Site" and "the Publisher").

Access to and consultation of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GCU by Users.

The Site is governed by French law and also aims to comply with the European Union regulation of RGPD (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
